"Bonne Coeur" Award from Volunteer Health Corps

Dr. Trent James, an internist at Baton Rouge Family Medical Center, and Brenda Brown, a registered nurse at Baton Rouge General Medical Center, have received the "Bonne Coeur" Award from Volunteer Health Corps of Baton Rouge. The corps is a nonprofit group of medical volunteers who provide health care to the underserved in the community. James and Brown were recognized because they recruited many others to join Volunteer Health Corps.
